As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering consistently high standards. You will take responsibility for a designated section and contribute to maintaining quality, efficiency, and compliance within the kitchen.

• Lead and manage a specific section of the kitchen independently
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard in line with menu specifications
• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff where required
• Ensure consistent portion control, quality, and presentation
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety in line with regulations
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
• Support the senior kitchen team in maintaining efficient service during busy periods

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations
• Ability to manage a section independently during service
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Salary: £38,700 per annum (compliant with Skilled Worker visa requirements for SOC Code 5434)
