Lily’s Gift Vouchers is the perfect way to treat that special person or food and wine loving friends to a special treat in beautiful surrounding with a warm ambience and friendly staff.

Our Lily’s E-Vouchers can be purchased from £10 upwards online and are delivered to your inbox upon receipt of payment.

You can also purchase a voucher from our bar & restaurant at 18-22 Main Street, Glenavy, BT29 4LW. Note we do not sell vouchers over the telephone.

Please ensure you bring your voucher with you, printed or via your smartphone, to present to the Lily’s Kitchen & Bar restaurant teams on the day.

Terms and Conditions of Use – Lily’s Gift Vouchers

• Vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival (in printed copy or via smart phone) at Lily’s Kitchen & Bar.
• Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for food & beverage services at Lily’s Kitchen & Bar and Vouchers may be used for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday Carvery.
• Purchases made with vouchers are not refundable in cash - vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
• Where a voucher has not been used due to the cancellation of a booking, the voucher remains valid until used or expired.
• Vouchers are not refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed, or stolen.
• It is not possible to extend the gift voucher beyond the stated 24-month validity period.
• Lily’s gift vouchers are not for resale.
• Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full by the customer. Where vouchers are dispatched by our online email, risk will pass to the customer when the email is sent to the customers nominated email address.
• The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
